Possible warranty issue

Sending my '06 cl9 for a possible fix under warranty. Issue has got to do with rubbing noise behind steering wheel.
Now if Honda couldn't locate the fault or argue that it is "normal", do I get charged? I am not letting them service the car

Car has been sensational, never had a problem for 5 yrs > 100k now.

You'll be right, given that you have 5 year warranty and that you haven't changed the wheels or something
