View Full Version : eg transmission mount question.

has anybody came across this mount problem with the h22 into eg
its the transmission side,
removed the old mount, put the hasport bracket there but there seems to be a gap.?

does anyone know what's the go, or i have to trim a little off etc?

you sure that's where the mount is meant to sit? was this eg auto or manual to start off with?

Interesting! Why are you holding the frame rail mount in that position?

Judging from other installations, the mount should fit snugly against the rail from front to back.

I'm using these photos as examples:

To install:

1. Bolt the lower mount bolts first,
2. Drill holes in the top,
3. Drop two long bolts down. Those thread through the weld nuts in the frame and then have nuts on the bottom.

Sound the go?

thanks for the info guys, i was actually trying to find pictures etc off hasport mounts,,, but couldn't find it
but the pictures you have provided me peter are exactly what i was after,,

yeah i have idea of installation,, gona dummy mount motor and gearbox and mark it out etc thanks +1
