ed civic issues

hey all ive got a 1991 ed civic that im trying to fix up but sofar its been a unreliable heap
its sat for 3 months and seems to run great but once it heats up it just stops and wont run

ive checked fuel all good and spark ,when it gets hot theres no spark

i was told the dizzy is a common issue so i fitted a supposedly good 2nd hand unit but its still got the same issue

any other ideas
