Sagging Side Skirts

Hi All,

i am just after some advice from other Jazz owners.

1. does your Jazz's side skirt sag or bolts loose? (factory body kits in vti-s models)

i must have bumped someone on the road which caused the bolts or clips to break/loosen. i am having trouble fastening the bolts onto the car properly now.
towards the front of the car there is 1 screw which holds the skirt on tightly but there are no bolts on the other end and this is where it is sagging.

*note* the clips looks clean they're not cracked in any way.


i went to rick damelian and they reckon i need to buy new skirts which is $500 each side!

any ideas?

i wouldn't bother getting new ones, one of mine are in a similar situation where the bolt had snapped but it hasn't sagged yet.

try double sided tape first, it should hold it, but get the 3M variety, if not they try and cable tie it in an inconspicuous position (pretty much all my guards are held it with them, the price of modifying your car ><)
