I heard that New Accord and Accord Euro share the same chassis and many other parts except the engine. Is this true? or I heard it wrong?
Coz if they do share the same parts..I might be getting a set of coilover from my home country for New Accord to be fitted to my Euro.

Coz if they do share the same parts..I might be getting a set of coilover from my home country for New Accord to be fitted to my Euro.Lots of differences - inc the wheelbase. The suspension is similar in layout ie independent and wishbones but I am fairly sure the Accord has different springs because it is so damn soft with heaps of roll. Same chassis? - don't know about that one - they are made in different Honda plants (one in Thailand - other in Japan). Also can a chassis be the same if the dimensions of the car are so different? (ie Accord is wider and longer)
Will the coilovers from the Accord fit? - I think it is risky. If you look at the Eibach application list (or Tein, etc) - the Euro (CL7 and CL9) have a totally different kit number to all the other 03/04 Accords. Doesn't look good. Good luck.
Looking at the specs of the Accord - i just noticed it also has SMALLER brakes than the Euro (282mm vs 300mm). That is surprising as the Accord is much heavier.

Would be nice if you could tell us where your home country was.
As long as the part is made for the CL9, which includes the UK and JDM Accord 2.4L and Acura TSX, then it will fit. Other than that, there's a possibility it may not fit. That includes parts for the CL7 (Accord Euro-R).

Many of us here get the parts overseas... I have been doing some homework and it's cheaper to get them yourself.. Otherwise the OZ Honda traders too, they are reasonably priced.. contact them for parts :)

No, they don't fit. You need to buy CL7 or CL9 coilovers to fit the CL9 Euro.
