hey guys
just acquired a ep3r effing love it anyway quick question from my research it has stock hids like 5300k or something? if i wana go brighter what would i need...a full kit or just the bulbs? n plug them in..not sure how stock hid cars work n what bulbs do they take?

when u said brighter, do you mean bluer?
stock bulbs are probably the brightest as white is the brightest on the spectrum. going higher k actually make them less bright.
also do u have FL or pre FL headlight as they require diff bulbs.

got a 02 so pre fl correct?...and ye i wana go 8000k colour temp

You will need a HID kit. I wouldn't recommend 8000 but that's entirely your choice :)
Just make sure you aim them down and all that.

l0l ive had hids on everycar ive had just not a car that came stock with them...and these arnt THAT bright i wana blind ppl so 8000k looks good :) anyone no what bulb size?

8000k is not as bright as 4300k... If you wanna blind people why not just use your high beams?
as for bulb size.. are you too lazy to read the manual?

To be fair U would be lucky to get a manual with an import.
R u running stock HID? if so take it out and have a look. I'm not sure it's d2s or d2r.

seriously the oem hid's are bright enough and there d2r, search the ep3 thread for the pdf manual.

The stockies are like 4200 or 4700k or something. Just get 6000k d2r globes. Its the max the ballast can take anyway. Can't get 8000k d2r's that will work properly with our ballasts.
