look closely at your head light from inside the engine bay. you will se a spiked metal round thing where you can stick your phillips head screw driver in and turn, each head light will have 2 , one for Horizontal and one for vertical adjustment. what you should do is park a known good car 5 to 10 meters from a wall, use chalk and maek the ground of the position of the front bumper on the ground and the center of the front of the car, turn on the low beems and mark the wall of there posiotion.

now place your car in the same location and adjust your head lights the same. try to use a similar car in hight as your as a reffernce.

Make sure you dont get the vertical and horizontal one mixed up. I just adjusted my lights yesterday and I accidently mistaken them. I keeped on turning and the light wouldnt move up but i could see it moving and i didn't noe wth was goin on. -_-. Had a pain in the arse time readjusting it back to centre. If the civic same as type r one, the far bolt in the corner makes it go left and right and the one closer to the middle is up and down.
