OK so i have the SRS light on. and i've changed the SRS module twice and its still on. I've been to 4 places one of them being Honda dealer to do the decoding and they can't get into the ECU to decode it.
The question is, how can i tell if the ECU is buggered?

Also i went to the Auto Elecs but they mainly do Fords and Commodores, they said the wiring and ecu looks after market, but nothing like this was said when i bought the car.
The engine was installed by AkMOtorworks, so i have no clue what they did.

take it back to AkMOtorworks. if they did the swap they should be fixing the issues you are having
