Hi,

Like some advice on a rear bumper repair. A small job with cracked paint and slight crease in bumper. Should not need filler, but appreciate advice on best way to repaint.

if you stuff it up, take the car to a panel beater. shouldn't cost more then $250 - $300, but then again depends on the shop ect

Might as well buy a aftermarket bumper which cost 70 bucks and ask a backyarder to paint it.

google? =/I hate people who just reply with 'Google'.

Google will throw up huge amounts of 'helpful advice' from all over the world, telling you all sorts of different things.

Asking here is a much better idea, as he will get advice from a source which he obviously trusts.

If you're just going to reply with 'Google', don't bother.

fix the crease or other damage with a heat gun. for a tear, cut a little piece off the bottom of the bar and weld(melt) it into the tear.
