I am getting a set of standard 17" euro lux rims which are going onto a 04 euro and I want to know what size spacer to run to make them sit flush with the guard? I believe the stock wheels are a +55? I did a search and couldn't find any answers.

Find stock wheel specs, find the new wheel specs
plug it into www.willtheyfit.com
determine spacer size from there. Good luck :)

Spacers are not a good idea.... Especially those that don't sit on the hub and instead transfer the load straight on the wheel studs.
Instead of getting 17" Lux rims, you can look at 17" rims from the UK market EP3 type R. I believe those are +42 offset. The JDM ones might be +60 offset if they had the Brembo calipers.

hub centric spacers if u want to run more than 10mm thick spacers, other wise, 8mm slip on spacers is the highest u can go before something goes wrong
Get something like 25mm hub centric spacers

Also if you are in NSW, I believe the spacers are not legal unless they are an integral part of your rim to begin with.

I prefer the look of the lux rims. I am in NSW which sucks. Might just have to leave it the way it is.

Theres nothing wrong with using spacers, many ppl use spacers on track cars, to increase track width an to clear calipers.... but since the purpose is purely looks, even better
I use 8mm spacers the last year, no trouble at all, even traveling long distance, 2 hour drives... no trouble with how it drives, or handles

My question still is does anyone know what size Spacers would you recommend to make a stock wheel sit flush with the guard? 15mm?

From what I have read they are 17x7.5 with a +55 offset. Here is what the current rims look like with the same offset.

It's best to go hub centric yeah. Specs of the other wheels? The willtheyfit site draws it all out for you and feeds you specs.. which is why i'm asking u for them
