Underdrive pulley???

Anyone own a honda, particulaly a euro and had underdrive pulley installed? if so are you happy with them, and have you experienced any problems from it, such as excessive wear and tear on ur bearings etc...? I hear the lack of a harmonic dampener can put excessive stress on an engine....

In the end was it worth it or not?
