Would anybody know how to take an exhaust out of those rubber things thats holding it?

bend it a bit, get some wd40 in there and it'll come off easy as
SuperJDM.

similar to what vinny said, you need to bend the tab down on the hanger on the body spray some WD40 to degrease it and use a screw driver to lever the rubber up over it
