will a dc2r intake manifold fit into a vtir dc2? any performance increase etc?

if u have to get the skunk2 one that fits b18c2 vti-r head , you can purchase it from jdm yard

dc2r AND dc2 VTiR have different heads...so no it will not fit.

that is what you need...comes in black aswell. You will find you may lose some low end torque but pick up a fair bit in the mid and high range (which is where VTEC really counts) due to switching to a single stage manifold..as compared to the dual stage stock VTiR intake manifold...depending on the supporting mods of course

Like I told you man, as the Skunk2 products are US made, order the B18c1/GSR manifold (US version of VTi-R and B18c2). Same engine, jsut different code number. And as InfurNOS mentioned above, you'll loose a tad in the low range but pick it all and some back up in the late mid range through to redline!

Yeah get the Skunk2!
And remember it's a Honda so there's little point in trying to get low-end power - the engine isn't made for that!
If you want torque you go 2L or larger displacement.

Dont think you will find many for the price and quality of the Skunk2 one man... I can personally vouch for that.

Hahaha Well basically, get the Skunk2 manifold. You will not regret it.
