If you wanted to make a custom dash from fibreglass, than yes you can.

It is a simple process and you can find more detail on the internet through a simple Google search.

I would suggest using your existing dash and remove a section where you would like the double din to be located.

Then make a frame from wood or anything that has a bit of structure to it, you will place a fabric cloth over this which will then be layered with fibreglass.

Wait for the fibreglass to harden and smooth it out. Then paint it. I would suggest using car interior paint to get an OEM style finish if that is what you are looking for.

As I said before, if you want to know a more in-depth procedure about fibreglass constuction just search on Google.

Good luck and let us know how you go.

thanks, they only thing im worried about with the fibreglass is that if i only do the dash it will look wierd, but then if i do everything it will look 2 ricey or over the top, but then i wouldnt mind a double dim. Hmm what to do, well i will have a think about it. If i do go through with it ill make sure to post pictures.
