EK HID Question

Hey All,

Been looking around for a few weeks now and seeing what people are doing with installing HIDs in original head light housing?? I know its annoying seeing people doing it to original but want to ask the question.

Ive seen people just put them straight in, ive seen people take out the protective reflective shield(which im not sure what that will do)... and ive seen the retrofit but dont really want to do that.

Any ideas would be tops. :cool:

yes ppl install it into reflective housing, like me... i havent taken my reflective shield, not sure as to what will happen, but overall, its not that great, take it from me, the scattered beams are yuck, sure it may look good from far away, but when driving, the lighting is poor, compared to oem lights...

unless u got projectors retro fitted, id stay clear of hid in reflective housing.... as for me, im to lazy to remove the hid an plus i paid $80, so cant really go wrong
