sorry if this has been asked.
i have a Y4 bottom with Y1 head.
does this equate to a US Z6?
if i order parts from US, do i order Z6?
has anyone used or dealt with Eristic gaskets?

where is the best place to get gaskets?(please supply info)

you really should just make one thread for all your questions in the 2000 below civic forum section lol

as far as i can tell the Y1 is a OBD2 version of the Z6

Y1 is OBD1, not 2 saint

And agree, OP stop posting so many threads that are all asking basically the same thing

Yes it's pretty much the same thing. Same gaskets and internals virtually...

Y1 has slightly larger combustion chamber

Z6 has slightly larger intake manifold

(Could be the other way around)

The differences are almost impossible to pick up on, and thus I always say they are the same thing.

All parts are interchangeable between them.

Saint how much was your Z6 IM? If it's bigger than the Y1 as Will says I wonder if it would be a worthy upgrade for D16Y1 (if there is such a thing).

Will, I'm assuming you mean larger in the 'log' part of the manifold, and not the plennum diameter as this can just be modified?

I'm assuming being an OEM part it would only cost $20-50 plus shipping. But it probably wouldn't even yield 1KW...
