Hey people just wanting to know if a gearbox out of a eg gl is that same as the eg d16y1z? i hear that 1st 2nd and 3rd ratios are the same 4th and 5th are different just wanting to know if it would line/bolt up??

if they are both hydro they will bolt up fine

look for any gearbox with the S20 B000 stamp - they have the best ratios u can get for a D series
some rare examples have factory LSD as well
