Rear Bumper

I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX, 4-Door, and I need a rear bumper for it. It has been lowered, but want it to look lower. I need a bumper that is around 2-5 inches bigger, in order to have it as low as the front. If anybody knows where I can find one please e-mail me. Im guessing your from the US, so wouldnt it be easier sourcing your item from a US site like honda-tech or clubcivic?
