Hi guys,
so I need a new battery for my EK civic
Im a noob when it comes to batteries.. what one am I getting for it?
Like what specifications.. amps.. etc etc
Went to k mart to get one, its like 90 dollars. dont know if its the right one just did a measurement...
will any battery be fine as long as its the same L,B,H?

get one that fits your civic and has the highest CCA rating you can find if you want to run some amps.

Just go to Repco and they'll tell you what size/CCA battery to put in your car. If you don't follow their recommendation then you won't get a warranty on the battery.

140 / 60 or something. Just a century one with 2 yrs warranty and got it for 110 which is cheapest I could find

goto honda, buy honda close cell battery, win

iv had one in my civic for 5 years ... never had a problem with it

honda battery lasted 9 years then I bought another honda one 4 years ago for cheaper than racq wanted, still green :)

CCA = Cold crank amps, try and get the same as oem or just get a honda battery, theres a good reason why its at a specified cca rating ;)
