Hey all, planning to buy a VTI-S GE later this year with the auto.

I read some people on the forum mentioning that the vti-s came with a CVT tranny thats tempermental? as in the fluids had to be changed every 10k km? or am I right in believing that was only with the old 7 speed GD? I'm going for the sport auto so the mrs can drive it fine and I can use the sport auto to have my fun. lol

Any opinions you guys have on the Jazz? I've never owned a Jazz. I've just driven a VTI-S on the track while teaching a student basic racing lessons back at home etc.

also what price would I be looking at? originally planning to find a decent 2nd hand one. But I saw some 2010 plated ones and wouldn't mind those. I'd prefer pre face lift actually. Thanks guys!

i think GE's only come with a 5 speed auto box, no cvt. teh Vti-s has paddle shift but its still only the 5 speed. your right that the older GD's had a cvt which some ppl had issues with.
