i have an '86 legend sedan with the 2.5L V6 and in the future im looking to do some minor performance upgrades like intake, exhaust etc but i cant find anything that is made for that old legend only '88 onwards, so if anyone knows where i can find performance parts for my old legend it would be greatly appreciated.

cheers
Etienne

Sorry to say but legends are even harder to find parts than a 3rd gen prelude. Your only choice is custom or testing other makes of honda parts to fit.

yeah it would be almost impossible.

i'm actually driving around one of those old legends (88 or 89 i think) while my crx is being worked on. i reckon it'd be a fun drive if it was a manual and the suspension wasnt so bouncy (but hey it is a luxury car)

anyway goodluck

yeah, ill need some luck to find shizz for it, but i have the option, either by this car off my mum for $4K as its not really mine unless i want it (and pay) or drive it for 2 years stock, pass it on to my younger sister and get my old mans Rover 416i with the D16A3 engine for nothing. what do you people recon

euro, ill send you PM but as im on a mac its e-messenger, same but slower, and to the person that said buy an EG, up here its quite hard to find a honda of any sort they are just so good no one wants to sell them (hence why mines from NSW), and also with the $4G for the legend its the fact that i can pay it off to my mother with limited interest, but if i opt for the 416i i can save all my cash and possibly do an engine conversion (haven't fully looked into it but a B16A would be nice), anywho i guess ill sort it out, i got a while to think about it.

and would anyone know what i could do to get a little be better take off even for normal driving it just seems to lag till about 40km/h then just boost off and go (im happy with the performance after 40km/h tho it goes hard)
