Excellent example man. Look forward to seeing the new TE37's go on and I'm especially fond of those mouldless bumpers you have. I reckon it makes the EK look a lot nicer! Nice sussy setup too, I bet it handles awesome?

Thanks bud.Yeah the bumper's a nice touch plus i prefer the pre-fl foggies so thats good :) Didn't really bother me whether it had the mouldings on the front and rear though.Handles ok but i think i might look into changing the coilovers in the future to something stiffer, the Tein basics are only height adjustable and aren't very stiff.

hhaha my Tommi Mak was a nice car too, loved the raw feel of the car and goes pretty hard even in standard form.Civic's abit more fun being lighter and smaller with more than enuff power at hand.

thanks mate..well to be honest i was quite surprised that it was relatively straightforward to do..just had to strip all the bottom panels so that the old carpet can lift up.I didn't remove the heater blower, just the glove box and a couple of bits just behind the centre of the dash(at the bottom).I did cut a portion in the middle to wrap around the yellow cables in the middle of the dash portion but thats abt it..just spliced it and went around the back of the yellow cable.

I got it with the car..but there shld be one avail for the B16 that some traders sell.

thanks mate..well previous owner has done a good job with the mods to compliment the engine..i'll probably just chuck in an Apexi Neo to fine tune the A/F mixture and thats abt it..not planning to do anything crazy like the power FC haha but otherwise drives fantastic and is fast enuff as it is.

Looks like the Spoon ETD has been redesigned with a new mounting position (???) mine absolutely destroyed my upper arm bolt n put a hole through my engine bay, would never recommend it to anyone as the gains are quite minimal too. Solid mounts ftw!

the mounting position was improvised by our chief mechanic cos he reckons the original position on the engine mount was for the bracket was too low..so we moved it up :) so far so good.

Ur chief mechanic is a smart man. The main bolt that holds the ETD on the top of the strut tower was carved to shreds from the vibration, I had it on the car for a year or so I'd say. Just for the record I purchased this on the cheap as it's a much easier n cheaper mod than doing the mounts but at the end of the day the difference is huge, I love the hasport mounts although when new they take a while to get used to but they wear in after a while I would def recommend em but wouldn't go anything tooo stiff.

Yeah he knows his stuff cos he's got an ED racecar that he competes in..he too reckons that it wouldn't do too much but I've already bought it so we just put it on anyway. He recommends changing the mounts as well for better effect
