what is an 89 LS worth?

hi, im putting my 89 LS on the market quite soon, just wondering how much i should ask for?

general details:
1989 LS, manual, 148000kms

mods:
pod air filter
aftermarket muffler
17" chrome rims with newish 215/40/17 tyres
lowered on king springs
cd player, 2 amps, 2x12" subs, splits.
category 4 alarm with ultrasonics

interior is very clean, paint job (metallic blue) has been well maintained.

any ideas or estimates as to what its worth?

Sounds fair, i know someone who got one for around $4000... his needed some repairs tho, was a really clean new resprayed red. His was the 90 spec.

$5000, u reckon guys... i paid 8,500 for mine 8 months ago and it was near stock...the only thing it had was an MD player, and the newer integra hub caps!!, this at least has some mods...

keepin in mind, its in good condition, and low k's, i think you will get more than 5 for it!!....

and its an 89' ? i thought the DA9 came out in 90', was that the model which was probably touring at the time of the motor show?

DA9 was realeased in '89

id say 5.5-6.5k for the car as its the earlier model not the 92 update or 91 minor update

ive noticed that perth prices dont vary as much as eastern states prices.
i think a reasonable 'perth' price would be maybe 6000-6500?

your car is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. if you find the right person you could sell it for 8500. you might be waiting a while thats all.

put it in the paper for 6500 and if no one calls change the price.

those things go for about 5k in sydney but usually with higher k's. Yours looks neat so you shouldnt have a pbm selling it

well mods are worth praqctically nothing unless a ricer buys your car and is willing to pay extra.

sell your rims separately IMO..

A mate of mine just bought a bone stock 89 LS integra (manual) about same condition as yours but done 220,000kms for $4500.

He had been looking for LS teggys for almost 18 months and this one was a bargain. we found another one for $3500 but it was trashed - engine mounts body everything ratty...oil allover motor and engine bay etc.

so hope THAT gives you some idea - i's say advertise for at least $6500 as someone else said :)

well for a 94 to 96 i was planning on spending 15k but for an 89 less than 10 definately possibly 8 G's at max

but i am probably a ricer, i want to fully mod my car so i would pay for mods lol
