jdm front converted vti r

i'm about to pick up a jdm front converted vti r from queensland and bring it back to nsw, I was just wondering what I should be aware of since i've heard of some people having trouble with them.
my friend has a dc2r thats jdm front converted here and it's been registered fine, but I don't know where the owner had it done.
once it gets here I will have to re register it.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

that is stupid there is no problems... all you need to do is get a blue slip from an authorise mechanic and purchase a greenslip from insurance company.
provide a reciept or rego papers to the rta and pay the fee get new number plates
