Hi guys got a B18C VTI-R and it was driving normal few days before,

but after I put a Fuel injection cleaner into the fuel tank, the engine will cut off

at 7,000Rpm. i can hear the VTEC does kick in at 5,800rpm then it stop at

7000rpm, anyone got the same problems before and any suggestion that i can

go n have a try?? will it be injector block? or something abt the fuel

system??

Thanks

Don't have an exact answer for you,
But here's some tips...
Chances are, this issue is not related to the injector clearer & if you have a std intake manifold & ECU, Vtec swap is 4400rpm & IAB swap is 5750rpm.
If your speedo isn't working your Vtec won't work & you'll run out of power around 7000rpm on the low cam.
If your coolant temp sensor for the ECU (2 wire) isn't woring correctly, you'll stay on the cold start, vtec won't work & you'll run out of power around 7000rpm on the low cam.
If your TPS sensor is faulty & only ready 0 to say 25%, as above... no vtec & no top end but in all cases the IAB will continue to work giving the sound.

If the all of the above is functioning correctly, probable casue is the spade connectors on the ignitor inside the dissy.
Give them a quick squeeze with some pliers & re-fit. chances are this will sort your problem.

Also, check the spark plugs also for loose tail clips (screw-on type) if fitted.
