The Smart Guys / Smart Advantage and Choice

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience - good or bad - with the "Smart. Advantage." or "Smart. Choice." memberships offered by The Smart Guys (and offered to me by my dealer as I'm buying an Insight). It's expensive and I'd love to know if anyone has had good or bad experiences.

Click on the "Contact" tab on their website and you'll see that their head office is in VIC, so I'd say yes, they do have services in VIC. :)
