i want to know if its worth the hassle or should i get someone else to do it.

Long story short i snapped the welded nut inside the crossmember that my steering rack connects to so now i cant bolt it onto the crossmember.

If you haven't done it before its a bit of a pita

Have to remove:
-LCAs
-Swaybar
-Rear engine mount
-Exhaust
-Shift rod, Extension rod
-Steering rack bolts OR tie rod ends if you're leaving the rack on
-Couple bolts holding the P/S lines in place
-Then the bolts holding the subframe/crossmember in

Also have a spare crossmember if you're in need..

I can get a crossmember from honbits in perth for $200 inc delivery if you can do yours for less than that including delivery to 6031 then we'll call it a deal..

I have no doubt i can do it but when i was under the car and looking at it all it just looked like the biggest pain in the arse job to do.

I've replaced that whole list in the past so shouldnt be that hard....just have to do it all at once...

you reckon 2-3 hour job?

Caused me 2 sets of 3 stitches to my face though. Dropped the new cross member whilst putting holding it up for bolting.
