honda cxi (can't get a spark) please advice

i bought a civic cxi 1999 model and everything is in working order except that i cant get a spark. the car makes the starting noise when i turn the key but just doesn't get the required spark.. ive run a spark test so im sure it doesn't get a spark.. what could cause the car to not get a spark.. could it have something to do with the immobiliser? or distributor or alternator?

if its got no spark check ur dizzy , it is a common problems for the hondas

Probably the coil which is built into the dizzy.

you need a new dizzy( distributor ),

Probably the ignition coil in your distributor

Before anything... check that your getting power to the dizzy/coil...

before u change anything make sure there is no spark n check if fuel pump is workin cos they both naerly hav the same not startin symptoms
