Items clearing customs

Hey gus , im kinda in a sticky situation.

I ordered a set of coilovers from an american company. Their legit and all, and item is now sitting in austrlia-sydney. However they must have misplaced or forgotton to attach the invoice / itemized commericial invoice , and hence why aussie customs cannot clear it. Fedex have been extremely helpful and im going to call the company tonight to have them email me an official invoice tonight so i can supply to fedex/customs.

However cos i like to find another solution, is there any other method of having aussie customs clear it? I reallydont want the sussy to be sent back to states and then set back here....

How much were they? If it's over 1000 AUD, I believe you need to pay tax on it. Maybe that's why it isn't clearing customs.

if its more than 1k u actually get hit with 5% of the value including shipping the 10% gst of the value + shipping + the 5%. if fedex shipped it and there is no commercial invoice then they need to sort it out as it should have been sent with the items. the only other way around this might be to contact a company who do customer clearance and ask them for further advice on it.

I have this happen before u can use import broker they can help
