I'm interested to know what fuel consumption figures is everyone getting on their Type Rs, Vti-Rs and GSis, and the difference between the specs.

Post your model, year, and what kind of figures you're getting, in L/100km, or km/tank.

Reasonable driving and vtec'ing roughly 450km/tank give or take.
More or less depending on how you are driving..

'98 DC4 on V-power or BP ult

Always shift before 3000RPM = 10L/100km
Driving normally = 12-14L/100km

NOT freeway/highway kms btw. Start-stop driving and thermos gone

I told you to fix that thermostat man lol. It's a big deal to your engine's health.


My brother's '98 GSI with full I/H/E does about 10L/100, 8-9L if he drives well.

DC2 VTiR I/H/E itr gearbox and big ugly 17's - 11ltrs per 100km.
