ek1 b16y4 civic cxi start spark problem..HELP!

i;ve got a 98cxi civic which doesn't spark.. i thought it was the distributor so i changed it but i'm no longer sure because it still hasn't started.. i've checked the dizzy and electricity comes to the inside and the turning thing turns inside it so it all seems strong.. the leads and plugs seem good but im still not getting a spark.. i changegd the plugs and its still screwed.. could it be the computer chip or something???

does the engine light stay on ?

does the green key go out when your turn on the ignition ?

if you suspect the ECU, I can test your ECU for you

Check if you connected the dizzy to power at all,
check and make sure all ground wires are hooked up,

hopefully its just the spark plug wires it clould be in wrong or the spark plug wires are gone
