Hey guys, I just bought a Civic Sport with 40,000km on it.
I have noticed a weird problem. The left side of the car is exactly 10mm higher than the right. I have checked the heights on a perfectly level ground, fromt he guiard to the top of the rim.
As the heights are exactly the same, I assume this is normal. There is NO evidence of a smash, and the vehicle was REVS checked. Funny enough, I have a N15 SSS Pulsar and it was exactly the same.
Can anyone tell me if this is normal, or if you have a 09+ Sport can you please take a measurement for me?
I am very curious. Thanks.

WOW. ok I am cool with this as long as all you dudes say it's normal. I called 1 Honda dealer and he was freaking out. Which in turn freaked me out. I did a quick search on here but couldn't find anything.
Well, thank you VERY much for clarifying. I wil stop stressing thinking I bought a dud and accept it. Funny how my N15 SSS was the same.
Have a good one.

Are you measuring with hand brake on? There has been a bunch of posts about it, if you search it you'll see

Try it with the handbrake off. the difference should be less.

I forgot to ask. Does anyone have a fix for this. Without installing after market springs? My insurance wil be void so aftermarket is not an option.
I mean like adjusting or removing a washer, bush etc on the existing setup, or is it that the springs are physically high on the left?

I remember the first time I noticed it...I freaked out big time. Checked all my tyres thinking they were flat or something. Then checked and rechecked that I had parked on level ground.

Check my lean. Turns out my tyre pressures were different but it's still noticeable
