torque mounts question

so i replaced the torque mounts on my dc2r and i noticed the bolt that mounts the torque mount to the engine does not fit the mount, its a few millimetre smaller then the hole, is this normal, its the same on both sides,i thought there may have been a bushing or something but the schematics dont show anything, any comments welcome

If you mean the torque mount slides onto the shafts of the brackets loosely than yes that's normal.
