looking at a set of rim that have +45 offset. 15x7. offsets abit to high so im think of running 20mm bolt on spacers.

would i have any dramas?

Its a hassle better to buy the correct offset rims. The only spacers I would purchase are hub centric bolt on spacers. This is because if you use a slip on it will vibrate like nuts and you'll probably die because the wheel nuts arent torqued up as much cause of the shortened wheel lug plus they become unfastened as your driving. So shortened lug, insufficiently torqued nuts, plus the spacer unfastening wheel nuts over time = impending death. The reason why it vibrates like crazy at high speed is because your relying on the wheel lugs to keep the rim inplace instead of using the wheels centre ring and your hub ring to stabilise it. Go to a machinist and tell them what you want. Its important you get hub centric cause the machinist will make a spacer with the correct depth you desire, correct PCD and its own wheel lugs and make a ring in the centre that will make your wheel hub and new rims flush.
However first check if your wheel is compatible for a spacer, look on the back of the rim where the lugs will go through, there should be indentations that allow for you orginal cars wheel nuts to come through.
To sum it up cars original wheel lugs, bolt onto the hub centric spacer with holes in it for your cars wheel nuts, then the wheel lugs of the spacer will be attached to the rim.

Try google or yellow pages I dont know one off the top of my head but there is heaps around. I think it may cost abit, it is worth it though having a custom made spacer to suit your car and rim. Remember to inspect the rim for the indentations I was talking about or it wont work.
