ICM interchangeability

Will a ignition control module for a TD-02U work on a TD22-U. They are both OBD-0.

check the pins, if they were the same then I would use it, even if it looked different

i really need to know if it will fit 100% since i am selling one.

The pins should be the same but check that it will fit the heatsink, sometimes these vary and will not actually fit together and therefore inside your distributor. in terms of it working, yes it should, it is just a matter of it fitting in there.
