reprograming an ECU is NOT CHEAP ^_^ you'd wanna dyno tune it to properly reprogram it.

1. Generally, running a car leaner will make more power, meaning better mileage.

2. Generally speaking, more air into motor, requires more fuel into motor. Hondas generally run rich from factory, so there are power gains to be made from intakes etc.

3. Vtec controllers are shit, they only change your vtec point, and do not compensate for fuel. Personally, i'd throw it in the bin.

Dont think the ECU in your Accord is Programmable yet, you will need to get a P30,28 or any other tunable ecu.
