Front 3 point is much better.

Whiteline is good for 3 pt.

for body/chassis braces get Ultra Racing - they are a solid type, make a good quality product that is tested and arnt to expensive
if its an EG civic get:
- UR 2 point front upper
- UR 2 point front lower
- UR 4 point rear upper
and use a skunk2 tie brace for the rear lower

as for swaybar check out UR, Hardrace, ASR, OEM Honda and Whiteline

you can get it all on trader section here and ebay =)

heres some extra info:

Strut Bar and Lower Arm Bar : : :

http://www.ultraracingaustralia.com/userimages/How%20It%20Works/strut%20bar%20and%20lower%20bar/strut-bar-before.gif

BEFORE :

Part of the shock of impact is transfered to the chassis, causing the wheel house and lower arm deformation.

AFTER :

Equiped with the Ultra Racing's strut bar and lower arm bar, will help neutralize the shock of impact.

BEFORE :

The weight is transfered and the force is gathered on one side, causing unstable handling and increasing body roll.

AFTER :

The force will be spread out by Ultra Racing's strut bar and lower arm bar, it will stabilize the car and provide solid handling.

Sway Bar/Anti-Roll Bar : : :

http://www.ultraracingaustralia.com/userimages/How%20It%20Works/anti%20roll%20bar/anti-roll-bar-before.gif

BEFORE :

When cornering, your vehicle's weight will make the car swerve to one side, which causes body roll and making it difficult to turn in to a corner, at the same time will weaken the steering response.

http://www.ultraracingaustralia.com/userimages/How%20It%20Works/anti%20roll%20bar/anti-roll-bar-after.gif

AFTER :

The upgrade version of Ultra Racing's anti roll bar, will prevent your car from swerving to one side at corners, greatly reducing body roll and higher stability while cornering

its not an Xbar - because it doesnt mount on the upper points of the C-pillar

its a 4 point strut bar - it mounts on the strut/shock tops and the floor of the boot

i would say yes - but honestly i have no idea - it sits really low in the car tho - so no-one would really see it

i have pretty much all of the UR products you can get in my civic

have a look here...
