View Full Version : Are there relatively few silver DC2/4s?

I was looking through the Integra picture thread, and didn't see many silver DC2/4s at all. Was the colour unavailable in Japan? And was it only available on post-facelift AUDM models? I would have thought that silver would have been a popular colour, I mean, it's not exactly blackcurrant.

Thanks.

color was avail. in japan, but its the jdm front gsi vtir type R bla bla, silver is also avail for facelift gsi and vtir (not 100% sure for vtir) audm models. silvers a pretty bland color on a honda, would personally never buy a silver honda

I see a lot more silver GSI's. I personally think it's a good colour. Sometimes the yellows and reds get a bit too pastel for me if you know what I mean.

I own a silver DC2. Has a very faint touch of gold sparkle in it, it's a beautiful colour IMO.

Never seen another silver DC2 on the roads.

Have seen a couple, personally one of my favorite colours for the teg. If something happened to mine I'd prob try get a white black or silver one. Have seen silver vtir's but don't think they're as common as gsi's.

I see a lot more silver GSI's.

I think there are more facelift GSI's than facelift vti-r's, not just silver but all colors... correct me if i'm wrong.

Check out my sig for a pristine example ;)Yeah, ****ing mint. Well done. I had a similar find, mechanically, but unfortunately it has crappy wheels, slightly scraped bumpers and hail damage. But the hail damage is so difficult to see, that it was almost worth having just to get such a well looked after example for only 6k. :P

Facelift vti-r's are so hard to come across. Everytime I see one for sale it seems to be that gum leaf green colour?

yeah man I agree, there aren't many around. although it's not hard to swap the bumper and lights on a preface to get the majority of the facelift look. :)

The color is Cypress Green. I owned one myself as a first car :)

Even came with an optional ITR lip which is very rare for a vti-r model

Lol. Yeh man, my twinloop sounds like ass though when its cold these days, thinking of getting a new axleback. Was so jealous of how scratch and dent free your car is! Was lookin at yo rims but didn't have enough time to properly see what they were because I was with my gf, looked good as though, was even telling my gf that your car inspired me to get off my ass and get mine lowered. My wheels are crappy Rodney Jane ones, came with the car when I bought it.
