Hi folks, I thought I'd say hello.:wave:

My name is Phil, & I picked my S2000 last Wednesday.

It's a 2001, with only 27,500 Km on the clock, & it was worth waiting for a really nice one to come up for sale.

p3akin, if you think 43 is a bit old for an S2000, you'll be worried about me. I turned 71 a month ago, but compared to my 300+BHP Triumph TR8, this thing is a pussy cat. A pussy cat however with great ergonomics, & a real sting in the tail, when the revs get up a bit. It's almost as quick as the Triumph, & so much more civilised, I can't get the smile off my face.

I haven't enjoyed a new purchaes as much since I got my new Morgan +4, way back in 1962.

I believe there are no age limits in terms of owning and driving any types of cars, as long as u're comfortable with them :)

I bet the S2000 is twice as good than the TR8 going around corners. :D
