Yes rear toe is adjustable from the factory on a DC2R. At the front of the rear trailing arms there is a short toe link that connects that point to the chassis and the point at which it meets the chassis is in a slider arrangement and thus can be relocated to point the whole rear trailing arms slightly in or outward to adjust toe.
