i find this incredibly hard to beleive... i was in SA for 3 weeks last year during the soccer world cup and the onlt accord euro i saw was the one that was our hire car... maybe i wasnt looking in the right places :S

I am going to be in South Afriva next week for 3 weeks,so look forward to checking out Hondas this time...always used to check out VWs,but now I am an extatic Euro owner,after owning 1 Ford,4 Jettas,and 1 Holden/Opel.

Will maybee pop into a dealership to check out the range,and to see the diesel and wagon Accords.And will definatly have my camera with me.....

Think there is a local dealer close by to where I will be based in Melrose Arch,Johannesburg.

unfortunately i didnt get to see anywhen we were over there...
...and their was 1 disapointing thing with our euro... it was a 2.0 not a 2.4... which was pretty piss weak with 4 people and 20kg of luggage each driving through hills... however it did have paddle shift which made up for it :)
... next time im over ill hit you up.

Yes,South Africa has an entry level 2 litre,then the 2.4 Executives,and then the 2,2 diesel...as well as the wagons.

It also won the CAR OF THE YEAR there in 2009...and is very highly rated by Car magazine.

On my lasr trip back,I remenber seing a few CL9 and CU2 models,and remember one of the car hire companys rented them,as saw them in the hotel car parks.
