How do I remove driver side power window switch panel

Reason is that The switch which controls the rear left passenger window is only half working... Can wind window up but can't wind window down, window can be wound down if the rear left passenger uses the switch on the actual rear left passenger door...

Anyone got pics or a manual on what screws/clips need to be loosened?

here you go, personally i've only ever removed the door trim but have not played around with the windows switches.

a tip is when you're using the screwdriver to pry it, be gentle and use a cloth otherwise you would end up with some scratches.

Thank God for the internet, without those instructions I would not have know how to get the arm rest off, will report back on my findings
