I've used their shocks before and wasn't impressed. From a few of my friends I have heard that their products are terrible.

If you just want to lower the car go for King springs. A lot of people talk them down a lot, but their products are good, and you can normally get them new + installed for $400 or so.

Yeah I've used Kings twice, was happy with times. Great if you don't want to be uncomfortable when you drive.

$400 installed? you could get Tein S-Techs for that much lol

from my experience King springs arnt special but they do the job - and only the high end pedders products are good - the cheap stuff is terrible
but than again if ur willing to pay the kind of money that their high end stuff costs you may as well get Tein Super Street Coilovers lol

Pedders were going to charge me over $2k for Kings coilovers and $900 for Kings springs and shocks.... Was like fk that and will never go there again. On top of that they had to ask me what an Integra was....

When i eventually get my 16's, i'd like to lower it sometime too.

what would you all reccommend, springs or coilovers?

i went to Pedders once to get a qoute on springs and shocks. I think they were called Sports riders or something. They said about $1800 for shocks, springs and install lol. I just walked out, they must have thought i was stupid or something lol

I would recommend coilovers over king springs. It handles better, and you can lower it to the height you want depending on the brand that is.

King springs aren't as bad as what people make it out to be. I used to have king springs and it did the job. It was comfy to my liking.

Cheap coilovers, are cheap, and are only good for one main thing, lowering... Spend a bit more, than u get into the proper coilovers....damper adjustments, progressive spring rates etc etc...

Pedders = Waste of dough, why would any fork out that much for red springs lol... all ur paying for is the red paint LOL
Whats the spring rates of pedders? if its anything like kings, its a big joke! One good thing ill point out is that kings are progressive spring rates....:D

if u ONLY want to lower your car get either Tein S-Techs or King Lows

if you want the car to handle well and be a tad lower - than get Skunk2 or Koni shocks, and Tein or Eibach springs

if you want the car to handle amazing, be able to adjust height and dampening and maybe goto the track get Tein Super Street or Tein Flex

Its like anything, you get what you pay for, they are a compromise of looks over performance particularly when you use standard shocks... i had them on my DC2R when i first bought it... but they sag... looked good but yeh
