Panel Beater?

looking for a good panel beater that wont rip me off and takes pride in their work to fix my car which has damage to the front bumper and will most likely need replacing + respraying as well as the left guard. i have a 96 honda integra with the oem front in blue.

i think it would be cheaper to get a front bar and a left fender from the wreckers or parts section then go get a respray.
