2005 Accord Power Steering Hose Import from US OEM PART

Gday Guy's I've got a 2005 Accord, will need a power steering hose replacement soon as showing signs of slight leaks, located the p/n for the Aussie Accord's its 53713-SDA-Q02 and the one in America is 53713-SDA-A02 do you guys think it will fit?, Rang up dealer, quoted $350 in brissy for the hose, the one from the States costs $150 shipped, OEM by Honda America.

I have a strange feeling the Left hand drive and right hand drive hoses are different, because all the info I can find on the 53713-SDA-Q02 are from UK... which is Right hand drive.
meanwhile 53713-SDA-A02 is for north america... so Left hand drive.

yes that's the same issue I am thinking about, I am in touch with OEMACURAPARTS.COM and given then my VIN number, still awaiting as there closed on the weekend, but the LHS/RHS may be an issue.

just given them the exact part number and see if they can find an exact match.
