Hi guys,

very moody day, bought a pair of HB4 4300K from Ebay last week.
It broken by itself suddenly yesterday night.

Don't know how to clean the pieces up.
the reason is the quality of the bulb or installation problem???

Another thing is the side of the headlight got some steamwent in??
How to get rid of it :(
help

I think you're going to have to take out the whole headlight unit and unscrew the back cover to clean that.

I don't think you can unscrew the back cover?

My best bet is heating the headlight assembly to remove the plastic cover from the front, or:

taking the headlight out and shaking out all the bits ;)

and the bulb was either cheap quality or overheated (don't see why this would make them go kaboom though) because they were dirty?

If i take the whole thing out ( the headlight) do i need to remove the bumper?

they're not dirty, i guess they might be cheap quality only $34 from ebay

Bumper removal is required to get to the screw/s underneath the assembly.

If you're worried about removing the bumper that's probably the easiest part.

Dude i had the exact same thing as that.

take headlights out, give them a shake and tap them on the outside. However to get rid of all of it, you might have to take the headlights apart (PITA)

Well put it this way. If you decide to use them again and it happens again you'll know exactly what to do ;)

I bought them from Ebay, They're not HID, just a normal bulb with like a bluer outside.

The first paid i bought, one of the bulbs warped and I contacted the seller and he sent out another set.

The second set, one of them exploded, leaving a mess in my headlight similar to what you have.
