Hey, I was just wondering If you had say 3-4g spare what would be the best mods to do to an Integra type R?

sussy mods, springs, sways, coils if you want, if you go stiff suspension, tower struts aswell.

as far as engine IHE (intake, headers, exhaust) is usually a good place to start

also what do you want with the car?? cool daily? weekend warrior? just a few things to make it better but nothing major?? depending on what you want now and later on down the track, can change what mods you do to your car.

i just wanted a daily i could play with that isnt boring, so atm i have lowering springs and sri, and i plan on doing sway bars soon, when i get around to it

For me it would be full I/H/E, coilovers, good tyres if you don't have them and maybe OEM front lip/side skirts/rear pods.

It will be a weekend warrior, and will go up and down the freeway twice a week :/ about 120Kms.. Just looking for some preformance gains, I am happy with the exterior. I'm not looking to turbo it.

turbo kit :D

gotta agree here. for 3-4k might as well. a dc2r not really needing much more sus mods unless you're gonna track it

But is it stock, or is it modded already?

wtf, how would you turbo a dc2r for 3-4k??? turbo/waste gate/exhaust manifold/bov and intercooler would take up that budget, then you need cooler piping, water and oil lines, computer, exhaust and intake modification and then have it all tuned.

Lightened Fly Wheel, heavy duty/organice clutch.
That'd be the first 2.
Then brakes, then performance.

^^ Thats the better way to go IMO.

Stock/ can't be turbo'd (still on greens till next february).. Would it be a bad idea to bore it out?

If youre on your Ps, and its stock id just go

Coilovers: Budget about $1200-1500 for a decent set, brand new, or track down 2nd hand ones for about half the price
Rims and tyres: Go second hand for rims, get a nice set of genuine rims, not replicas, spend about 1000 on that, and then about 700 bucks wrapping them in some decent rubber
Get some good quality front pads, about $200, get a k&n panel filter for the stock airbox, or get a proper cold air intake that has the filter mounted down behind teh bumper bar, because engine bay mounted pods do nothing but suck in hot air. Thatll be around $300

If youve got anything left, Get either an axle back or cat back exhaust, get a 2nd hand one for about $500

And thats all you should need for a fun car thats still mostly legal for a p plater

whats the benefit of a HD clutch when your not increasing the power??

if your doing mostly highway and want extra power, intake, headers exhaust would be my first port of call. after that probably flywheel.

if you want sussy then sway bars is your best bang for buck. springs will give a small improvement and coilovers a bigger improvement.

It's heavier under the foot and bites harder, making it more fun/easy to drive because of it's feedback and response. Unlike driving a corolla where sometimes you're not even sure you're pushing it or not :)

Seeing as noone has responded to your last comment...
Do not bore it out. That will cost a lot of money with new parts and labour etc and you will have to get a standalone ecu which will then need to be tuned.
