Hi guys,

Will have to get a roadworthy done on my da9 soon , have removed rear seats and left interior pannels to cover wires , rear brake lights etc, I called vicroads and spoke to a chick ages ago (5-6 months), and she said I didn't need to do anything and it would be fine but I just wanna be as sure as I can. It still has complete front interior with carpet, has a rear tower strut, and was thinking of just cleaning , sanding , priming and panting any metal showing to give a cleaner look,

Will this do ? Will post a pic I found of what it will look similer to.......... but no way near lol

You need to register it as a two-seater with Vic Roads

How would that work with something non-permanent like a bolt in cage?

Don't tell me you'd have to resigter as a 2 seater and then re-register as a 5 seater again when you remove it!

3. remove all bolts that stick out
4. re-rego car into 2 seater

if you decide to do this msg me as i want to do this to my EG :)

Remove the cage when you aren't using it
