Transmission and Diff Fluid

Hi guys,

I've been searching here on which oil's people use etc but havent had much success.
It was suggested to me to use Castrol Syntrax 75W-90 for transmission and the Castrol LSX-90 for the diff. Would these oils be ok?

What do you guys use and would recommend?

Gearbox oil is ment to be done ever 80000KM and diff is ment to be done every 40000km
