hi guys and gals
joined today
purchased my eg back in january fairly stock (exhaust, extractors, fueltronics chipped ecu, lowered, full body kit resprayed in midnight blue pearl
the day i purchased i drove it to my house and it went straight in the garage and dissassembly began ripped out the donk the same night
stripped engine the next day sent head and block over to balmain engineering for modifications 40thou oversize in the bores skimmed surfaces and acid bath
skimmed the head reseat valves new stem seals and acid bath
came back ohhhh so clean lol
new turbo low comp pistons forged went in to the new bores
t3-t4 turbo kit came from japan looking pretty cool
reassembled the engine (without a workshop manual lol) so hard to get for this engine
finally in march the car went back on the road took me approximately 2 months to do
but am happy with the final result
might see some of you around the area of liverpool maybe
